TADS ANNIVERSARY BEGINNERS+ CAMP

PARTICIPANT AGREEMENT & CAMP POLICIES

By enrolling in SP3CTRUM: THE ERAS 2, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms and conditions.

 

PARTICIPATION

SP3CTRUM is a six-week dance training and performance program organized by The Addlib Dance Studio (TADS).

 

By enrolling, I understand that participation may include classes, rehearsals, Technical Dress Rehearsal (TDR), recital performances, and other camp-related activities.

 

I agree to follow all instructions and policies issued by TADS, its faculty, staff, Class Assistants, and production team.

 

CODE OF CONDUCT

I agree to conduct myself in a respectful, professional, and responsible manner throughout the duration of the camp.

 

I will:

  • Treat fellow students, teachers, staff, volunteers, and venue personnel with respect.

  • Follow studio policies, production guidelines, and safety procedures.

  • Refrain from bullying, harassment, discrimination, intimidation, disruptive behavior, or any conduct that negatively affects the learning environment.

  • Contribute positively to the experience of others.

 

I understand that behavior that compromises the safety, well-being, learning experience, or enjoyment of other participants may result in disciplinary action, including removal from the program without refund.
 

ATTENDANCE & PARTICIPATION

I understand that regular attendance is important to both my own development and the success of my class.

 

I acknowledge that:

  • Make-up classes are not guaranteed.

  • Teachers are not required to provide private catch-up sessions.

  • Absences may affect my readiness for the recital.

  • Participation in Technical Dress Rehearsal and recital activities is an important component of the camp experience.

 

ENROLLMENT, REFUNDS & TRANSFERS

I understand that enrollment secures my slot in the camp and that all enrollments are considered final.

 

Except in situations approved by management:

  • No refunds.

  • No cancellations.

  • No conversion to credits.

  • Transfers are subject to availability and management approval.

 

I understand that personal scheduling conflicts, change of mind, dissatisfaction with class placement, inability to attend sessions, or failure to complete the program do not automatically qualify for a refund.

INSTALLMENT OPTION PROMO

​Students may avail of the Installment Option Promo until August 31, 2026.

Payment Schedule

 

₱3,000 – Down payment upon enrollment to secure the student's slot.
₱2,500 – Remaining balance due on or before September 21, 2026, the official start of camp.

Failure to Settle the Balance

 

Students who fail to pay the remaining balance on or before September 21, 2026 will be deemed to have forfeited their slot in the camp. Their enrollment will be automatically cancelled, and they will no longer be eligible to attend classes, rehearsals, or participate in any SP3CTRUM activities.

​

The ₱3,000 down payment is non-refundable, including in cases where the student fails to complete the remaining balance by the payment deadline or voluntarily withdraws from the camp.

ARTISTIC & PRODUCTION DECISIONS

I understand that all artistic, educational, production, scheduling, casting, staging, costume, and operational decisions are made by TADS and the SP3CTRUM management team.

I agree to respect these decisions and understand that they are made in the best interest of the students, the production, and the overall camp experience.

 

MEDIA RELEASE

I understand that classes, rehearsals, Technical Dress Rehearsal, and recital activities may be photographed or recorded by TADS and its authorized representatives.

 

By participating, I grant TADS permission to use photographs, videos, recordings, and related materials for documentation, promotional, educational, archival, and marketing purposes without additional compensation.

REMOVAL FROM THE PROGRAM

I understand that TADS reserves the right to remove any participant whose actions:

  • Endanger others;

  • Repeatedly disrupt classes, rehearsals, or productions;

  • Violate camp policies;

  • Harass students, faculty, staff, or volunteers;

  • Damage the reputation, operations, or learning environment of the program.

In such cases, removal may occur without refund.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK

I understand that participation in dance classes and performances involves physical activity and carries an inherent risk of injury.

​

I voluntarily participate in SP3CTRUM and accept responsibility for my own health, physical condition, and well-being throughout the duration of the program.

​

AGREEMENT

By submitting my enrollment, I confirm that:

  • I have read and understood this agreement.

  • I agree to follow all camp policies and procedures.

  • I understand the refund and participation policies.

  • I voluntarily agree to participate in SP3CTRUM: THE ERAS 2.

​

I understand that submission of my enrollment form constitutes my acceptance of this agreement.
