FAQ
I badly wanna join, but I need to manage my budget. Are there installment options for me?
Yes! Installment payment is allowed, and you can still get the complete package, including the kits. Please note that the installment option is not available for early bird enrollees. Students who would choose installment must pay at least 50% (P2750) upon enrollment and settle the remainder before taking the 4th session (on or before the 4th week).
Can I enroll in multiple classes?
You are more than welcome to enroll in as many classes as you like and can! That just only means more dance, growth, and learning for you! Just be aware that there will be one dance showcase per class during the recital, which means more rehearsal time and costume changes!
Is there a discount on my succeeding classes?
Succeeding classes will still be charged the same rate (P5000 for early-bird and P5500 for standard rate). But per additional class you will enroll yourself into, you will receive P500 worth of class coupons which can be used for any The LAB Dance or Fitness classes. What's more, these coupons are shareable and transferrable, so you can gift them to your families and friends. Exciting stuff!
What’s included in our The LAB summer kit?
Oh, we know you’re curious to know. The kit will include a vibrant tote bag that’s perfect for the season, plus The Addlib face mask, sanitizer, and a copy of your workshop schedule and guidelines.
Will we have The LAB Summer shirt?
Souvenir shirts will be sold separately for only P500. The shirt will be available in two colors (pastel pink and black). Purchase them all because we know you need an extra since these classes are so hyped that they never fail to make us all sweat!
Will we have an orientation?
Yes! We know you might have more workshop-related questions or concerns you’d like to raise that’s why a quick orientation will be conducted after your first class. Please make sure you are present during the first day because your teacher and class assistants will also cover the rest of the workshop guidelines.
What if I miss attending a class?
We know it’s summer, and it’s our first close-to-normal one in two years. Since the regular schedule is already set before enrollment, we highly encourage you to secure these dates and manage your plans ahead of time! If you really need to be absent during a class, please let us know beforehand so we can schedule your make-up class. Yes, you read that right! We allow one make-up class if you miss a session as long as the reason is valid. And when we say make-up, we mean letting you choose and attend any of the other The LAB classes available during the summer season. Please note that this can only be allowed once. No more make-up classes will be provided on your succeeding absences.
What if I enroll late?
That’s all right! It’s hard to make up our minds sometimes. You can still enroll mid-series.
Option 1 FOR LATE ENROLLEES
For regular class attendees who are not enrolled, we can deduct your previous sessions from the standard enrollment rate.
Option 2 FOR LATE ENROLLEES
For late enrollees, you will still pay the standard enrollment rate. As for the sessions you missed, you can use them as make-up sessions by taking our other available summer classes.
Please note that installment options won’t be available for late enrollees. And since the choreography taught in the previous classes will be used in the recital, you will also be expected to catch up on what you missed. A perfect opportunity for you to grab one or two of your buddies or classmates for a catch-up session.
It’s already the 8th week. I am a regular class attendee but not an enrolled student. How much would I pay if I decided to join the recital?
We know the feeling! Major FOMO if you're the only one not performing on stage. We wouldn’t wanna miss that chance to perform and share the stage with our classmates. We’ll deduct the total cost of the classes you already took from the standard workshop rate of P5500. In this example, you took all 8 sessions of one class as a walk-in student and not as an enrollee (which are equivalent to P3200). To join the recital, you will only have to pay P2300 by the time you decide to enroll. Please note if you missed the pictorial and other special activities, there is no make-up for those. The good news is, you will still receive your The LAB Summer Kit and join the recital.
Something came up, and I can no longer continue with the workshop. Can I get a refund?
Yes! Circumstances can be unpredictable, and there can be extreme cases that might hinder us from finishing the whole course. We can refund 50% of the workshop fee you paid. Please note that refund requests will only be granted before the fifth session. No more refund requests will be allowed after that.
Should enrollees be fully vaccinated?
Yes! Adults age 18 and above must be fully vaccinated. Minors or those who are below 18 are not required.
