Isn’t it exhausting living the city life? Pollution, long idle times in the traffic, crowded spaces. You name it, every city in the metro has it. Undeniably, living within this concrete jungle is stressful.


An American research has found out that “people who live in cities are more likely to have a mood or anxiety disorder”. Thus, these stress triggers around us make us less productive, less efficient and less in control of our temper in the workplace. Practically speaking, this is not good for our health. Not for anyone.

Despite all the chaos of urbanscape surrounding our everyday lives, it is still with utmost importance that we stay healthy and find our inner peace. Stress has never been an option for the wellness of our mind, body, and soul. That is why a good stressbuster should always be on everyone’s to-do list every day. In our case, it is YOGA.
